Today when I checked the date I realized that in five days I would be meeting with Carol, my art mentor, to lay out work hours for the next five weeks of my apprenticeship. Not only that but I did some art yesterday, which I haven't done for a while. In fact I don't think Ive sat down to do a 2-D piece in weeks. So this new work was refreshing for me. I combined two of my previous skill sets that I've developed previously, cut-paper, and water soluble crayons. Here's a picture of that work I was talking about. Oh and also, about a week and a half ago I went to go check out DJ's studio at the crucible which was really cool here are some pictures from that trip as well.
